• Carolynn, my wife, edited the content over many years, and encouraged me to undertake and spend time on this project.

• Diane was very interested in maintaining family ties, and was supportive of my research. She helped edit my written material.

• Ron suggested building a website as an alternative to publishing a book. He used his computer skill and experience to design the website, upload and edit content, and to help me to think about presentation issues.
